Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM – different times available on request, subject to availability.

Price & Payment: The price includes use of the apartment, electricity up to 30 kWh/day, water, WiFi, as well as bicycles and beach equipment. For direct bookings, a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining 70% 30 days before arrival; for short-notice bookings (under 30 days), the full amount is due immediately.Electricity & Deposit: Electricity consumption is included up to 30 kWh/day; any excess is charged based on the meter reading. For this, an energy deposit of €150 and a separate damage deposit of €250 are collected, both refunded after check-out provided there is no excess consumption or damage.

Cancellation: Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund. Between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund. For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking.com, their respective cancellation policies apply.

Occupancy: Maximum 5 people. All guests aged 14 and over must provide their ID details before check-in (legal reporting requirement in Spain).

Important Rules: Smoking only on the terrace, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM, no additional guests or parties, pets only with prior approval, no commercial use (home office work is permitted).

Liability: The guest is liable for damage to the apartment and shared facilities; the condition is documented before and after the stay.
