House rules
Good to know before you book So that you feel right at home with us, and so every guest in the complex has a great stay, we'd like to ask you for a few simple things.
Inside the apartment
Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terrace, not indoors. We host up to 5 guests, so we kindly ask you to stick to this number. Between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am, quiet hours apply – both in the apartment and on the terrace. Unfortunately, larger parties or gatherings with unregistered guests aren't possible, and the apartment is intended purely for holiday use or relaxed remote work (we even provide a dedicated workspace for that). Pets are welcome with prior agreement from us.
Around the complex
The pool and paddle tennis court are available to you between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm. Out of consideration for the community, we ask you to avoid inflatable pool toys and glass bottles by the pool, and the pool and garden areas are reserved exclusively for residents and guests of the complex.
What we look after together
We ask that you treat the apartment the way you'd treat your own home – this includes sorting waste, letting us know promptly about any damage or issues, and leaving the apartment in good condition when you check out. One small but important note: please never leave the rooftop parasol open unattended, as strong wind could carry it away and potentially injure someone.
Liability
We make sure you find a well-maintained, fully functional apartment, and we're covered by liability insurance. For any damage that occurs during your stay to the apartment or its furnishings, we ask for responsible use – you'll find the full details in our complete terms and conditions.
